TECHNICAL COORDINATOR
You will be responsible in supporting the sales team with their sales activities and providing support in the team’s administrative tasks.
Travel to visit customers with the sales team may be required, as may overnight stays.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a team coordinator
- Knowledge in preparing, analyzing and presenting sales reports
- Confident and comfortable in conducting product presentations
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Knows how to drive and has a valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Basic editing skills in Canva or equivalent platforms is an advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of the medical drugs, devices and equipment industry and a solid understanding of the local government procurement and bidding process
Role Summary
- Handling orders by phone/email and checking the orders have the correct information
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department
- Produce accurate and timely reports to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
- Handling urgent calls/emails, and chat messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events
- Create and manage client database
- Perform activities pertaining to bidding procedures through obtaining and submission of necessary documents, participation in pre/actual/post biddings, and perform all other bid related tasks
- Develop promotional materials and content
- Manage the corporate social media accounts
SALES EXECUTIVE
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the full sales process and as a result be able to prospect clients and close deals. They should be well organized and be able to manage the daily operations of assigned accounts. In order to continue to generate revenue, this candidate should be able to uncover new client needs and find a way to add value to their business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years sales experience within the medical drugs, devices and equipment industry
- Confident and comfortable in conducting product presentations
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- A proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding revenue targets and establishing new business
- Drive to achieve business objectives in terms of volume, market share, distribution, pricing and customer satisfaction level, and explore potential business development
- Knows how to drive and has a valid driver’s license
- Able to travel extensively within the country
- Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of the medical drugs, devices and equipment industry and experience in handling government tenders
Role Summary
- Generate sales based on assigned segments, areas and sales budget
- Carry out 70% of time on field visits to identified potential customers
- Carry out all activities as listed in the sales plan including planning, preparing sales tools and organizing presentations
- Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base, through exploration of the market
- Manage receivables and ensure collections from customers based on agreed payment terms
- Have a complete technical understanding of and ability to articulate and demonstrate our products and value proposition
- Aggressively prospect, qualify and close potential clients generated through outbound calling, email initiatives and attending appropriate industry events defined by sales management
- To perform activities pertaining to bidding procedures thru obtaining and submission of necessary documents such as bid forms and others, participation in pre/actual/post biddings, and perform all other related activities
SALES MANAGER
Your role will be to manage and achieve the company’s overall sales target by understanding the market and providing market insights as well as handle, motivate and lead a team of sales people. Travel to visit your customers will be required, as may overnight stays. You will stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends and product updates and communicate these with the team and customers.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ relevant sales experience in medical drugs, medical devices and equipment industry with strong relationship management
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience handling a sales team/department
- Strong commercial and financial insight with the ability to negotiate effectively to maximize revenue and profit
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- A proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding revenue targets and establishing new business
- Drive to achieve business objectives in terms of volume, market share, distribution, pricing and customer satisfaction level, and explore potential business development
- Experience in a business development, sales or marketing role; international experience would be an asset
- Demonstrated understanding of the challenges of the marketplace today and in the future
- Solid proficiency level in strategic sales skills
- Experience handling government tenders
- Able to travel extensively within the country
- Knows how to drive and has a valid driver’s license
